上海青浦区协和双语学校2021年度心理健康活动月!

  2021年度心理健康活动月开幕啦!快随“心灵小筑”心理辅导中心一起看看上海青浦区协和双语学校今年都有哪些有趣的心理活动吧!

  除了我们常规的团体心理辅导活动、心理社团、心理讲座、心理主题班团队会之外,还有心理健康主题海报设计大赛、心理书籍分享会、积极能量漂流瓶、我的优势树等活动,增强了各年段学生间的互动,拓展了学生的支持系统,帮助学生在寻找、发现、积攒正能量中养成积极乐观、健康向上的心理品质。

  2021’s Mental Health Month has begun! Let's take a look at the fun mental health activities that are coming this year!

  In addition to our regular psychological counselling, psychological association, psychological lectures, and psychological theme class meeting, we are also going to have a themed poster-design competition, read and share psychological books, drift bottle "positive energy", as well as hold a “My Advantage Tree” activity, in order to enhance interactions between students in different grades, and expand the students' support system. At the same time, we are hoping to help students develop qualities of optimism, as well as discovering and accumulating positive energy.

  每当我发现生活中的一个美好瞬间,我就会拍摄下来,放入能量瓶中,

  每当我感受到生活中的点滴幸福,我就会绘画出来,放入能量瓶中,

  每当我找寻到一个让自己开心的小方法,我就会记录下来,放入能量瓶中,

  每当我陷入困扰中,我就会从能量瓶中汲取能量,

  每当他人陷入情绪低谷,我就会分享瓶中的能量给TA,

  彼此滋养,共同成长,遇见更好的自己!

  I have a bottle full of positivity,

  Whenever I find a little thing that makes me happy, I jot it down and put it in the bottle.

  Whenever I get stuck, I draw energy from the bottle.

  When someone is in a bad mood, I share the energy in the bottle with them.

  紧扣主题,通过自我探索与创意表达的方式,结合积极心理学、发展心理学知识,从心理影片、书籍、音乐中挖掘积极向上的元素设计和创作心理健康海报。通过自己如何发现、感受、寻找自己生活中的小确幸,并积极调节情绪、舒缓压力、助人自助的故事,展示理性平和、自尊自信、积极向上的阳光心态(须为原创,杜绝抄袭)。

  Design and create mental health posters by using creative expression, combined with knowledge of positive psychology and developmental psychology. Please research positive elements from psychological films, books and music. Through the story of how to find small blessings in life and how to actively regulate emotions, relieve pressure and help others, please show rationality, calmness, self-esteem, self-confidence, and positive energy (must be original, no plagiarism).

格式 FORMAT

手绘作品采用4K铅画纸;电脑打印作品材质不限,尺幅为4K(389mm*546mm)。

4K lead paper for hand-painted works. There is no limitation on the material for computer printed works, and the size is 4K (389mm*546mm).

2021年5月10日前交给班主任老师。

评选展示 SELECTION & DISPLAY

  参与的学生均有不同种类的奖项(奖状及奖品)。优秀作品发布在校园官微“心灵小筑”栏目上,展示在学校大厅内,并代表学校参加市区级主题海报比赛。

  Participating students can receive different kinds of awards (certificates and prizes). Excellent submissions will be published on the "Soul Building" column of the campus official micro account and displayed in the school hall. The winners will participate in the city-level themed poster competition on behalf of the school.

Drifting Bottles of Positive Energy

  同学们,你遇到了什么困难?有什么烦恼?

  或许是不适应班级生活,或许是学习的压力,

  或许是和朋友产生了冲突,或许是和父母产生了矛盾,

  或许.....

  请将自己的烦恼写在纸条上,装入烦恼胶囊,扔到漂流瓶中。

  海洋的另一边有慧心姐姐、暖心哥哥来帮助你,

  他们会根据自己的过往经验和资源,给你指引方向。

  每个人都是一座孤岛,同伴互助开启了通往彼此内心的航船,

  有了他人的帮助,我们的内心更加繁荣。

  带着满满的正能量,我们将遇见更好的自己!

  Boys and girls, what difficulties did you meet? What's bothering you?

  Maybe it's not fitting into class, maybe it's the pressure of study,

  Maybe it's a conflict with a friend, maybe it's a conflict with a parent,

  Please write your troubles on a piece of paper, put it into the trouble capsule, and throw into the drifting bottle.

要求 REQUIREMENTS

  4月30日-5月6日,小学生将自己生活、学习、人际交往中的小烦恼写在纸条上(注明班级、姓名),存放在烦恼胶囊中。请在胶囊外贴好你的班级、姓名。

  From April 30th to May 6th, pupils write down their troubles on paper (indicate class and name) and store them in trouble capsules. Please paste your class and name on the outside of the capsule.

  5月7日,统一放到“心灵小筑”的烦恼漂流瓶中。

  On May 7th, the messages will be put into the drifting bottle of "Small Soul Building".

  5月7日-14日,初高中生在烦恼漂流瓶中随机抽取烦恼胶囊,并根据自己的过往经验及资源,以积极乐观的视角回复并分享化解烦恼的好方法,放入胶囊内,并注明自己的班级、姓名。

  From May 7th to 14th, junior and senior high school students will randomly select trouble capsules from the bottle, and respond and share good ways to solve the troubles according to their past experience, and put them into the capsules with their class and name marked.

  5月18日,小学生在能量漂流瓶中找到属于自己的能量胶囊,满血复活。

  On May 18, primary school students will get back their own energy capsule in a bottle and will receive the energy contained therein.

  小学各班级后墙上贴一颗优势树,每片树叶代表一位学生(每一片叶片上贴一位学生的照片,代表这位学生)。

  An advantage tree is pasted on the back wall of each class in primary school, and each leaf represents a student (each leaf is pasted on a photo of a student, representing the student).

  每位学生积极寻找班级同学的优点、点滴进步,写在树叶形便利贴上,并贴在代表该同学的叶片上。

  收集到五个优点或进步的学生可换一个优势果,5个优势果可换一张彩虹卡。

  最善于发现他人优点,寻找他人点滴进步的学生,将获得“最美园丁”奖及彩虹卡。

  活动以照片形式展示在校园官微“心灵小筑”栏目上。

  4月12日早上,对心理读书分享会感兴趣的中学生,根据心理老师提供的积极心理学、发展心理学相关的心理书单,在学校图书馆挑选心理类图书,利用一个月时间分别读完自己所选的一本书。

  On the morning of April 12, middle school students who are interested in the reading sharing meeting will choose psychological books in the school library according to the list of psychological books related to positive psychology and developmental psychology provided by their psychology teachers. They will spend one month to finish reading one of the books they have chosen.

  5月12日午间休息时间,在二楼图书馆随机拿取放有不同书名的能量瓶,由阅读过该本书的成员来分享自己的读书感悟、心得、体会,并写在分享卡上,挂在能量收集树上。

  On May 12, during the lunch break, students will randomly pick out and put energy bottles with different titles in the library on the second floor. Members who have read this book will share their reading feelings, experiences and write them down on the sharing card and hang them on the energy collection tree.
