当睡衣遇见课堂

睡眠是人体的一种主动过程，可以恢复精神和解除疲劳。充足的睡眠、均衡的饮食和适当的运动，是国际社会公认的三项健康标准。3月21日，恰逢世界睡眠日。这一天，万源城协和双语学校的校园里与往常截然不同。老师和同学们都穿着舒适的睡衣，仿佛穿过一扇神奇的门，直接从温暖的被窝跨越到了学校里面。

Sleep is an active process of the human body that can restore the spirit and relieve fatigue. Adequate sleep, a balanced diet and proper exercise are three internationally recognized health standards.

据析，睡衣质地柔和，穿着舒适，有利于入眠；不仅如此，人在睡眠时，毛孔开放，易受风寒，穿上睡衣就能预防疾病；当然，睡衣还可以给忙碌了一天的我们带来轻松。

As you know, pajamas are soft and comfortable. When we sleep, wearing pajamas can prevent disease. Pajamas can also enhance a state of relaxation.

清晨，身着五颜六色睡衣的孩子们，犹如一只只快乐的小鸟踏入校门，叽叽喳喳，东瞧西望；大家互相欣赏着彼此的装扮，兴奋地交流与分享，给校园增添了融融暖意。

This morning, our students entered the school dressed in colorful pajamas, like happy birds. They looked at each other’s pajamas, talked about the styles and excitedly shared the reasons why they chose this pajama to wear today which brought joy and warmth to this campus.

进入教室，孩子们忍不住瞪大眼睛，张大嘴巴。原来。熟悉的老师今天也装扮得与从前判若两人；头上的发带、眼罩，身上软软糯糯的睡衣，脚底下踩着的毛毛拖鞋，让她们看上去更加温柔。

Entering the classroom, the children basked in the excitement of the day as they showed off their hair bands, eye-masks, soft pajamas and fur slippers. 

看，我们的校长换下帅气严肃的西装，和同样裹着一身漂亮家居服的陈主任来到一年级教室，跟宝贝们合影啦。孩子们穿上舒适的睡衣穿梭于校园的每个角落，不仅拉近了彼此之间的距离，活跃了课堂气氛，张扬了个性，也使自己成为学校一道独特的风景线。

Look, our Principal who is always handsomely dressed in his business suits was seen wearing comfortable sleep attire, came to grade one with Ms Jessica, the Head of Primary, to take photos with lovely children. The children wore their cute comfortable pajamas to traverse through every inch of their school day.

虽然孩子们穿着自己喜欢的个性睡衣进入课堂，但他们眼中有光，元气满满，犹如在卧室中无拘无束，用最自然的状态高高地举起小手，回答一个又一个问题，获得十足的自信。手上的书本和文具，在五彩缤纷睡衣的映衬下，显得活泼有趣，生机勃勃。语文课上，大家坐姿端正，书写认真；数学课上，娃娃们认真倾听，努力思考；音乐课上，睡衣让孩子们的舞姿更加可爱；美术课上，睡衣里的小小人儿努力地挥舞着手中的魔法棒，孩子们乘着想象的翅膀，描绘出一个个色彩斑斓的梦境。

Although the children wore their favorite pajamas, their eyes remained bright and alert. They raised their hands, answered one question after another, demonstrating their usual full confidence. In Chinese class, students sat still and wrote carefully; in Math class, the children listened and thought hard; in Music class, pajamas made the children dance livelier; in Art class, the little kids in pajamas waved the magic wands, the children filled with imagination, painted colorful dreams.

叮铃铃，下课铃打响，一只只可爱的“星黛露”相拥嬉戏，甜美可人；“奥特曼”们摆着各式各样发射绝招的姿势，令人忍俊不禁；慵懒的“米老鼠”三五成群，或拉拉对方的小耳朵，或揪揪彼此的小尾巴；校园里洋溢着朗朗笑声。

When the bell rang, many 'Stella Lou' hugged and played; "Ultraman" in a variety of launch posture made people laugh; charming "Mickey Mouse" grouped together and pulled each other's small ears, or pulled each other’s small tails. Our school was filled with laughter.

开心热闹，不同寻常的“睡衣日”终于落下帷幕。一张张稚气未脱的脸上，写满不舍与难忘。今天，孩子们触摸到了生活中的诗和远方，诗在指尖镌刻，远方在睡衣里奔涌，心有阳光，处处温暖，心有梦想，积极向上，世上所有的美好都是通过自己的不断努力而得到的。祝各位小伙伴们天天做美梦，美梦必成真！
