2010年，我有幸加入协和教育集团虹桥校区，担任一名物理老师，协和中西融合的教育理念和融洽的工作环境，让我决定留在协和，与协和共同成长；

2012年，万源校区建校，我也有幸为了成万源校区的第一批“元老”，建校十周年，万源从新生的幼苗到如今桃李满天下，作为万源的老师，我深感自豪。作为万源的一名老员工，我见证了万源校区的茁壮成长，也深知万源校区的辉煌成就来之不易，是几届领导和众多老师们共同努力的成果。而我，也只是万源校区普通教师中的一员。

In 2010, I was fortunate enough to join SUIS Hongqiao Campus as a physics teacher. The education philosophy of integrating Chinese and Western cultures and the harmonious working environment at the school made me decide to stay and grow together with SUIS. In 2012, SUIS Wanyuan campus was established, and I was lucky enough to be one of the first "veterans" of the Wanyuan campus. Ten years on, from a newly planted seedling to a flourishing school, I am proud to be a teacher at Wanyuan witnessing all its progress. As a long-time employee of Wanyuan, I have witnessed the thriving growth of the Wanyuan campus, and I deeply understand that its splendid achievements are the result of the efforts of several generations of leaders and many teachers. I am just one of the ordinary teachers at Wanyuan.

在这十多年的教学生涯中，我长期任教于八九年级，历届学生的物理成绩稳居前列，成为万源校区的优秀学科；教学相长，我的教学水平也得到了快速提升，课堂活跃，深得学生喜爱。

During my more than ten years of teaching, I have taught G8 and G9 students in Physics subject for a long time, and the physics scores of each class have consistently been among the best at Wanyuan, making it an excellent subject at Wanyuan. As teaching is a mutual learning process, my teaching level has also been rapidly improved. My classes are lively and well-liked by students.

课堂之外、我也特别注重学生物理知识的拓展学习，我和物理组两位老师共同开办了课后的物理课后拓展服务，为同学们提供更多的学习机会。近年来、选择国际方向的孩子日益增多，为了满足这部分孩子的需求，我们开办国际物理竞赛课后拓展，为孩子们提供更多的展现自我的机会。

Outside of class, I also pay special attention to the expansion of students' physics knowledge. Two physics teachers and I jointly opened physics extension classes after school to provide more learning opportunities for students. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of students choosing the International Curriculum pathways. To meet the needs of these students,  we opened a training course for the international physics competition to provide more opportunities for students to showcase themselves.

2013年，承蒙校方赏识，任命我为科学教研组组长，带领科学组的众多老师开发适合于我们协和万源的综合理科课程。DT课程融合了物理化学生物数学艺术等多学科知识，项目化学习，也为初中部学生带来新的学习体验，成为万源校区最靓的学科之一。

In 2013, I was appointed as the leader of the Science Department. I led many teachers in the Science Group to develop a comprehensive science course suitable for SUIS Wanyuan. The DT course integrates knowledge from multiple disciplines such as physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, and art, and project-based learning has brought new learning experiences to middle school students and become one of the most outstanding subjects at Wanyuan.

为了让同学们感受科学的魅力、提高学生科学素养 ，培养创新精神和实践能力。我们在各年级开展科技月活动，分别开展了纸模型承重比赛、投石机比赛、杆秤制作比赛、科技运动会和科学展活动，营造学校浓厚的科学氛围。

In order to let student feel the charm of science, improve their scientific literacy, and cultivate innovative spirit and practical skills, we carry out the Science and Technology Month activities at each grade level, including paper model weight-bearing contests, catapult contests, balance-scale-making contests, science games, and science exhibitions, creating a strong scientific atmosphere in the school.

2018年，初中部开办综合选修课程，我先后开创了3D建模与打印社团、无人驾驶社团、科学实验社团和电子工坊社团，为喜欢动手实践的孩子们带来更多的学习选择。

In 2018, the middle school department opened comprehensive elective courses. I have successively created 3D modeling and printing clubs, unmanned driving clubs, science experiment clubs, and electronics workshops clubs, bringing more learning choices for students who love hands-on practice.

在万源的这十年之间，我有幸成为三届毕业生的班主任，虽然相处时间仅仅一两年，但是，我与孩子们的点点滴滴却历历在目，也与他们建立深厚的师生情谊。每年都会有很多已经毕业的孩子来校看望或送来祝福。

During my ten years at Wanyuan, I was fortunate enough to be the homeroom teacher of three graduating classes. Although we only spent one or two years together, every little thing between me and the students is vivid in my mind, and I have established a deep relationship with them. Every year, many graduates come to visit the school or send their blessings.

认真付出，终有回报，我的工作再次获得大家的肯定。2021年教师节期间，一向行事低调的我也被孩子们推上协励会杰出师德奖的演讲台，在众多同事积极鼓励和已经毕业的孩子们鼎力相助下，我也是成功获得最终杰出师德奖，拿到了那枚蓝宝石徽章。

With serious dedication, there will always be rewards. My work has once again been recognized by everyone. During the 2021 Teacher's Day, the low-profile me was recommended onto the stage of the SUIS Education Group's Outstanding Teacher Award by the students. With the active encouragement of colleagues and the strong assistance of alumni, I successfully won the Outstanding Teacher Award and received the coveted blue sapphire badge.

协和万源真的是一个神奇的校园，来到这里的同学们阳光自信，团结友爱，积极向上；来到万源的老师们也能互帮互助，取长补短，共同进步。“协力同心、和衷共济”的协和精神 ，为我们营造了极好的工作环境和学习氛围，调动着每个协和人的积极性。感谢万源的每一个人！让我在教与学的道路上走得更稳、更远，期待下一个协和十年，更加美好！

SUIS Wan Yuan is truly a magical campus, where the students are confident, united, friendly, and positive; the teachers can help each other, complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, and progress together. The spirit of SUIS, which emphasizes working together and helping each other, has created an excellent work environment and learning atmosphere for us, motivating every SUIS person to be proactive. I am grateful to everyone at Wan Yuan for allowing me to walk more steadily and farther on the path of teaching and learning. I look forward to the next decade at SUIS, which I believe will be even better!
