上海星河湾双语学校地震逃生演习与升旗仪式

2022年3月4日，上海星河湾双语学校初小部开展了本学期第一次地震逃生演习与升旗仪式。

演习开始前，同学们还都在自己的座位上安静地写作业，小声交谈。当第一声铃声响起后，同学们心照不宣、训练有素地迅速钻进课桌底下，在一片安静但又紧张的气氛下等待着第二声铃声。

在第二声铃声响起后，同学们迅速而有序地从教室里撤离，来到操场集合。3分钟以内全部学生均撤离到我们的指定区域。学生们在操场上有序地排成长队，等待下一步的指示。

随后，特邀嘉宾陈在起老师对本此演习进行了点评，并给予了逃生演习重要贴士，如：在逃生过程中遇到了拥堵情况，要尽量避让，避免身体接触，务必听从老师指挥等。

演习落幕，我们举行了升旗仪式。本次国旗下的演讲由7-6班的刘晨程和7-1班的王梓一主持，他们的演讲主题是生命安全，他们强调每一次演习都是强化我们对生命的珍视，意识转化为行动，发挥我们的主观能动性，我们必能躲避灾难。

最后，同学们在体育老师的引导下有序离场。这次逃生演习意义重大，让同学们意识到了生命安全的重要性，以及在面对地震、火灾等特殊情况下应该采取什么样的措施来保护自己。防患于未然，才能做到在危险面前临危不乱。

On March 4th, we had our first earthquake escape drill and flag raising ceremony in our PG class.

Before the drill, the students were quietly doing their homework and chatting in their seats. When the alarm rang, the students quickly got under the desks, and there was no noise at all. The students waited for the second bell in a quiet but tense atmosphere.

When the second bell rang, the students quickly and neatly left the classroom and came to the soccer field in orderly lines. Within 3 minutes, all students were evacuated to the designated area. The students lined up on the field, waiting for the teacher's instructions.

Afterwards, Mr. Chen Zaiqi, whom we invited, commented on this activity, and reminded the students of key behaviors in the escape drill, such as: if you encounter congestion during the escape process, try to avoid it and avoid physical contact. Most importantly, follow the teacher's instructions! Immediately afterwards, we had a flag-raising ceremony, and the students sang the national anthem. The speech under the national flag was given by Liu Chencheng from Class 7-6 and Wang Ziyi from Class 7-1. Their speech topic was life safety.

Finally, the students left the field in an orderly manner under the guidance of the P.E. teacher. This escape drill is of great significance, making the students aware of the importance of life safety and what measures should be taken to protect themselves in the face of earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters.
