“Conversation” occurs frequently in everyday life.
We have many conversations with various people every day. The work of the preschool will gradually resume normal operations in the coming year as the epidemic begins to slow down and the anti-epidemic policy ends.
Looking back over the last three years, the confluence of pre-school legislation, market shifts, and the epidemic's ongoing effects have created previously unheard-of obstacles for pre-school development, management, and teaching strategies.
What is the future of early childhood education in an era of "confusion"?
How can the issues be creatively resolved?
How can we seize the chance presented by the development?
The annual Ivy Education Group’s director training conference reopened at the beginning of March, when everything is alive and well. At the Beijing headquarters, a crowd of passionate people came for a shared objective and delighted in a ceremony of knowledge and feelings. The conference provided a wonderful forum for specialists in the field to talk about the evolution of kindergartens in the post-epidemic age.
How to transform yourself from a manager to an entrepreneur in order to bring new energy to the development of the kindergarten?
How to empower your team to overcome challenges and innovate a new way of development?
How to strengthen the relationship between home and school to build a relationship of mutual nurturing?
How to use innovative DFC projects to promote the development of kindergartens by strengthening teaching and research?
In this annual training for campus directors, we invited lecturer Li Lin to share 'A Conversation of Innovation and Opportunity' with us.

The campus director team also visited the campuses at Sanyuanqiao and Beigao, where they discussed project impact-boosting strategies with the teaching team.
The zeal of the Beijing family really pleased Xi'an director Han Jing, who stated that the team members experienced the family's warmth and passion while traveling for three days to the Beijing headquarters.
I immediately recognized every familiar face when I entered the headquarters, despite the fact that we hadn't seen each other in three years owing to the pandemic. After a short separation, it felt incredibly warm and exciting. A lavish lunch, coffee, tea, and other beverages were made by Tina and the other staff members. It was so comforting! Our time together was so brief, and I have so much more to share with you all, so I'm eagerly looking forward to our next meeting!
The three-day annual training conference for campus directors of Ivy Education Group concluded successfully amid merriment and enthusiasm. The numerous campus directors left with a clear initial desire to keep teaching. The directors attended this conference to receive more business advice and creative ideas to assist the innovative growth of each campus. Campus directors from all around the world came together for three days of sharing, talking, and learning while advancing a shared goal.
The campus directors of the Ivy Education Group met in Beijing when the city's spring blooms were in full bloom, while Vivian, the campus director in Tianjin, broadened her horizons during the course.
After three years away, we were all fairly close and talked about the growth and changes that had taken place. Thanks to the Ivy Education Group's forum, we have the opportunity to educate ourselves and interact with one another. The three learning days exposed us to fresh perspectives and gave us some inspiration to improve school management. As they resume their duties, the directors will no doubt continue to further their education, adding to the creation of a top-notch campus.
In addition, Director Ding from the Ningbo campus reaffirmed her commitment to keeping up with changes and delivering high-quality training:
I received an invitation to the nation's capital, Beijing, to attend a conference for campus directors in March of this year. The most satisfying aspect of the three days of training and learning is how to become a good manager. What can we do to increase our team's fundamental competitiveness and make our campus the top choice for parents looking to enroll their children? Why do we do it? In order for the team to stay current with today's society's quick development, new concerns, and continuously evolving concepts, I continue to digest the training material and encourage everyone to apply what they learn to improve their own internal quality and external behavior.
This is the perfect time for Ivy Education Group’s campus directors to meet and work together for development. In the stillness of spring, flowers bloom and quietly grow in small steps. As the training ends, a new journey is set to begin. We hope that everyone will be able to pursue their goals, make contributions to the field of early childhood education, and put in meaningful effort to educate children and foster honest feelings in them.
