深圳深美国际学校是于2005年5月经中华人民共和国国家教育部和广东省教育厅批准成立的一所国际学校，旨在为港澳台及外籍人士子女提供高质量的纯美式教育。

深美国际学校目前开设从学前三岁班到八年级的课程，使用美国的教学标准和课程模式/理念。深美相信“动脑，动手，动情”的学习理念，学生不但需要听、读、掌握学习方法，他们还需要通过动手制作和展示来阐释并运用所学知识技能，从而对学习充满热情。这就是我们采用以项目学习法为主导的教学模式，并将蒙台梭利理念融入课程大纲的原因，使我们的学生在打下坚固学术基础的同时，独立性也能得到充分发展。

深圳深美国际学校是一所AdvancED认证的学校，于2005年5月经教育部和广东省教育厅批准成立，旨在为港澳台及外籍人士子女提供高质量的纯美式教育。在深圳，深美国际学校是项目学习法的先驱，目前开设从学前三岁班到八年级的课程，并在2020年开设更高年级。

深美遵循美国的教学标准，使用美国洲际核心课程标准 Common Core State Standards、美国 Next Generation Science Standards 科学教学大纲、美国AERO Social Studies Standards 社会科学标准，以及在音乐、体育和美术科目使用美国国家标准大纲。深美使用项目学习法来帮助学生深度学习，同时在科目知识学习之外培养学生协同合作、沟通力、创造力及批判性思维。

深圳深美国际学校教学楼设施齐全，紧邻蛇口青少年活动中心及蛇口体育中心，为学生室内外各类体育运动提供充足场地。深圳深美国际学校位于四海公园西，四海公园占地面积13.5 公顷，是一个研究植物、动物、气候、空气、水质量及微生物环境的学习实验室。在公园学习不仅限于科学科目，还涉及数学、人文、体育活动及美术课程。

Shenzhen American International School (SAIS) is an AdvancED accredited school which was established upon the approval of both the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Education of Guangdong Province in May, 2005. SAIS provides quality education services to foreign nationals as well as students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

SAIS is the first and foremost project-based learning school in Shenzhen serving grades pre-K to 8 with further grades opening in 2020. We teach an American curriculum, following the Common Core State Standards, the Next Generation Science Standards, the AERO Social Studies Standards, and American national standards in Music, Physical Education and Art. SAIS uses project-based learning to deepern learning, as well as to develop creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking alongside traditional academics. Facilities are excellent and include a high-quality building for academic instruction with PE and sports carried out in the adjacent Shekou Youth Sports Center and the Shekou outdoor Sports Center where there is an 8 lane 400 meter all weather track, Football (soccer) pitch, 5 – a -side soccer pitches and Basketball courts.

SAIS is located on the west side of SiHai Park. The park is a 13.5 hectares learning lab for the study of flora, fauna, climate, air and water quality, as well as micro environments. Learning in the park is not limited to science, as the prospects for math, humanities, physical activity and the arts abound in Sihai.
