勤于思考：要求我们积极主动地运用批判性和创造性思维技巧来分析和处理复杂的问题，并做出理性、合乎道德的决定。

We use critical and creative thinking skills to analyse and take responsible action on complex problems. We exercise initiative in making reasoned, ethical decisions.

获奖感言

思考，是一件十分有趣的事。我认为思考是人类最重要的技能，也是人类最自由的权利。因为我十分热爱写作，在平时生活中我会去细致的探索生活，并思考许多社会议题。同时我认为，学习不只是做题，思考与领悟是成功的关键。就例如在文学，当读者拥有敏锐的社会嗅觉时，他可以在文学中透视社会的真实面貌。而在学习中，对于知识的不断思考，也让我在其中获得了无限乐趣。

Thinking is fun and also an important skill to humans via which we approach freedom. Fond of writing, I have a habit of deep observation of my daily life and the society. To me, learning is more than doing homework. Thinking and comprehension are key to success. For example, in literature, a reader’s keen insight leads her to the truth of the world. Constant thinking as I learn has brought me immense joy.

思考并不是简单的站立场，它需要日积月累的吸收以及提取与归纳。因此，丰富的知识储备才能有更全面的思考。有思考再与实践结合去不断改进自己的行为与自身。

Thinking is not simply standing position; it requires day-to-day absorption as well as extraction and induction. Therefore, a rich knowledge foundation can is needed for more comprehensive thinking. Then thinking should be combined with practice to continuously improve oneself.

很荣幸获得本月的“思考之星”，思考是思维的一种探索活动。随着年龄的增长，我慢慢会对一些社会现象进行更深入的分析、综合、推理、判断，对一些事物进行独立思考。通过这些方法，我总结出对学习和自我管理的规律，取得了一些小小的进步。

I’m honored to  be elected the Thinker of the month. Thinking is a way to explore. As I get older, I gradually started to think about the world by analyzing, synthesizing, inferencing, judging,  imaging, induction, and reflection. Through these ways this semester, I have summarized some common pattern on learning and self-management.

我很荣幸获得本月的勤于思考之星。在我看来，思考是我们学习和生活中不可或缺的一部分，拥有一个好的独立思考能力，可以使得我们的思维更加灵活，可以使我们在面对困难时能够沉着冷静的去应对。我一定会继续保持，使自己更上一个台阶。

I’m honored to  be elected the Thinker of the month. In my opinion, thinking is an indivisible part of our school life and daily life. The ability to think independently can make our thoughts more flexible. And it can also help us deal calmly when facing difficulties. I will keep thinking and push myself a level higher.
