金秋十月，凉风送爽，上海星河湾双语学校一、二年级的全体师生一同举行了迎来了庄严的爱国主题升旗仪式。

下午一点半，同学们身着校服，在班主任的指引下，排着队伍，安全有序地到达操场。在徐超越老师的指令下一、二年级同学们迅速、安静地完成了整理队伍的环节，升旗仪式正式开始。主持人林菁菁老师郑重地宣布“升国旗，行注目礼，奏唱国歌”。全体师生怀着自豪和崇敬的心情奏唱庄严的国歌，注视着五星红旗冉冉升起。

升旗礼毕，二年级二班的殷洛沂同学为我们带来国旗下讲话，从身体和心理两方面为我们表明了健康成长的重要性。在心理健康方面，她联系自己的实际情况，具体阐述了如何达到德智体美劳全面发展。随后，二年级四班周鸿林同学表达了对于祖国、老师和父母的感激之情。他还呼吁全体同学要继续保持团结友爱，不给别人添麻烦，为他人提供力所能及的帮助，让校园充满正能量。

听完两位同学的讲话，全体学生响起了热烈的掌声，相信他们的心中一定燃起了对祖国的热爱之情。作为一二年级的小朋友，他们定能健康成长，在学校里培养良好的学习习惯，未来成为一个对社会有益的人。最后，在体育老师的指引下，各个班级有序离场，本次升旗仪式顺利结束。

“少年强，则国强”，通过这次升旗仪式，希望能够激起孩子们心中对于伟大祖国的赞美之情。作为新时代的一员，他们可以从小事做起，全面发展，成为祖国的栋梁之材。从孩子们眼中绽放的神采里，我相信他们有自信为未来拼搏、为祖国的繁荣发展添砖加瓦。

At the end of October, we held a flag-raising ceremony. This was the second of the first semester for the 2022 school year at Star River Bilingual School. On October 28, all of the Grade One and Grade Two students arrived at the playground in uniform under the guidance of the teachers. At the beginning of the ceremony, all teachers and students saluted the Five-starred Red Flag that symbolized our country.

Afterwards, Chloe from class 2-2 brought us a speech under the national flag. Her speech showed us how to grow up in a healthy way. In the speech, she emphasized that besides having a strong body, an all-round development was also critical to the students. Afterward, Bobby from class 2-4 gave a speech on the importance of establishing patriotism from childhood. He also expressed his strong sense of pride in being a Chinese. At the end, the host called on all the students to develop a good habit at school and have passion for building our country in the future.

The host announced the end of the flag-raising ceremony with a round of applause by the students. It is hoped that by attending the ceremony, students from both grades can can learn how to become a better student and how to achieve their own dreams and serve the people with patriotism.
