"Leaders Forum" takes "hatching future elites" as the educational belief. We will regularly invite elite experts, well-known figures and leaders from all walks of life and all walks of life to our school to give keynote lectures.
of the numbers is that more and more Harvard students come from elite families. Nearly 30 percent of freshmen have a parent or relative who went to Harvard.
△Wonderful Review

A wonderful review of the interview
Q: "We all know that most students prefer university to give them a better start in their career. As CEO of UBS, what qualities do you prefer in your employees? In the student stage, students can focus on developing their own abilities?"
A: "The most important thing about the person I'm looking at is his planning skills and his sense of direction. The importance of planning for the future lies not in the fact that it can be done some day in the future, but in the fact that it has a guiding effect on our present life. As students, it's important to be clear about your goals, but also to know that goals are dynamic. There is another word to say: the future things wait for the future to plan. I want to ask what is the future? Where is the future? The future is made up of every moment you have. As a student, you have to know that the words past, present and future have nothing to do with each other, because the essence is the present, and your past is the product of your present, and so is your future."
Q: "Every year, more than a quarter of Chinese students go abroad to study business. For these parents and students, I would like to ask you, what is the current development of the financial industry? What is the future outlook? Is business really "easy to read"? What is the employment situation? What kind of kid is right for business?"
A: "The financial industry is now in a serious situation. It is about platforms, resources, and finally personal ability. You need the right time, the right place, and the right people to thrive. Today, the reality in China is that while the job market for financial institutions is still active, the scale of recruitment for new graduates is not necessarily expanding. From the perspective of our employers, as positions of different functions have higher and higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of graduates, we hope to have more compound talents, who know more about finance, can calculate, and have good communication skills.
Business schools often have a "commitment to developing business leaders" as part of their development goals. To be an excellent manager and business leader, excellent leadership is essential. Secondly. Like challenge, have the courage to innovate, these qualities happen to be indispensable for business students. At the same time, learning systematically and professionally will help you go further and better in the business field. So, for these students, business would be a good choice."
Q: "Harvard University conducts a background check on the incoming class of 2021, which covers academic, life and family background. More than half the freshmen responded to the survey. One of the data sets is that more and more Harvard students are coming from elite families. Nearly 30 percent of freshmen have parents or relatives who went to Harvard. How do you feel about the saying that the children of the elite are still the elite?"
A: "First of all, I don't think parents who are on their phones and looking at their computers all day are going to raise great kids. Knowledgeable parents can teach their children a lot and play a helpful role in their children's growth. Parents care about their children's education, to a large extent, can make their children learn better. Parents and children study together, can better cultivate children's consciousness. A truly meritocratic education develops a sense of purpose and responsibility, qualities that will play an unimaginable role in future generations of children and adults."
After the lecture, parents and students said that the sharing was novel, original and thought-provoking. At this point, the MeICO Leadership Forum has come to a successful conclusion. Thanks again to Mr. Raymond Yin for his wonderful sharing for parents and students. We hereby employ Mr. Yin Lei as the global mentor of LWS Education Group LWS Excellence Hall to pass on experience and help our growth!
Words in the End
LWS is pleased to guide students to become enterprising individuals in the formative stages of their outlook on life and values. In the period when students' knowledge and skills are constantly improving and improving, it gives them a comprehensive understanding of society and individuals; Start developing leadership skills when students are young.
Since its inception, Leaders' Forum has been well received by students on campus. The Leaders' Forum is open to students, faculty and staff, as well as people from all walks of life. Looking forward to meeting you at the Leaders Forum. Let's witness the growth of the students together!
